Family with children should consider it
The manager was super nice, she quickly got us a new room when the couch bed was unusable. Breakfast had individual slices of bread wrapped in plastic, much better than worrying about germs, ya know?
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, I guess it was acceptable.

cleanliness, professional employees, good price
For a hotel with a decent reputation, the lack of assistance for car rentals is frustrating!!! The nearby options have terrible reviews, and not accommodating an early check-in can ruin travel plans!!! Noise from adjacent units can disrupt sleep!!!

would recommend for a city holiday
Comfortable room, helpful staff, the hotel provided complimentary breakfast with plenty of options to start the day right and free Wi-Fi to keep connected while exploring the city.
The toilet was a bit bugged, but nothing unmanageable.

Comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep.
Our worst experience was at check-in. The front desk staff was unhelpful and rude, insisting we could not have our room until 3 PM despite prior confirmation for 2 PM. This unnecessary struggle made us late for an important event, which was truly disappointing.

The King Room I stayed in was comfy with a nice layout. It had a microwave and fridge, which was super convenient. The separate sitting area was a plus, and the bathroom setup worked well. The shower had a removable head, which I liked. The fitness center was clean too! But there was a bit of slow internet at times, which was a bummer.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We loved visiting Magic Waters Waterpark and enjoying a scenic stroll at the nearby trails. The location was spot on for everything we wanted to do. Just keep in mind that there were a few maintenance issues, but overall it was a great experience.
One downside was the room being a bit outdated and needing some light repairs, like a broken cabinet handle.

missingWrote a review on Jul 21convenient locationfriendly staffthin wallscramped breakfast areaexcessive noise
The location offered great access to nearby restaurants and parks, making it convenient. However, the walls were disturbingly thin, allowing too much noise from hallways and other rooms to disrupt sleep. The breakfast area felt cramped, causing constant collisions with other guests. Additionally, there's a strong light coming through the door, preventing a pitch-black room at night. Overall, pleasant staff and spacious room were overshadowed by these issues.

A Stay Filled with Comfort and Great Service!
I had a fantastic experience during my stay! The friendly staff made checking in a breeze. I especially loved the breakfast options available. try the fresh fruit and waffles! For a peaceful night's rest, request a room away from the elevator. Overall, highly recommend for families.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, making it easy to visit spots like Magic Waters Waterpark with the kids. Plus, the breakfast was tasty and the pool was a hit with everyone, providing a great way to relax after a day of fun.
In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness of the room needs improvement. A couple of stains on the sheets were off-putting, and having better attention to detail would make it more family-friendly.

It was a good pick for a cursory stop in Rockford with a good price-quality ratio. The room was quite spacious and even had a sofa sleeper, which was a nice surprise. Bring your own toiletries to avoid any inconvenience since nothing was complimentary.
